With lots of hard work and research, we were fortunate enough to have Merlot come live with us and become our foundation
bitch at Stockli. Merlot has proved herself exceptionally well as a youngster in multiple dog sports. She earned her Championship
with ease as a puppy- winning multiple Best Puppy in Shows, a Group win and group placements. The majority of her points
were obtained at the group level. Across the border at the BDMCA national, Merlot placed consistently in her classes two years
in a row. At the 2005 BMDCC national, Merlot won Best Puppy in Sweeps.
Since we believe in a all around versatility bernese, Merlot began training for her Draft Dog title. She earned that
at just a year and a half of age during the BMDCO specialty.
Merlot recently finished her Companion Dog title. By doing so, Merlot is now a new Versaility dog! Merlot has OVC clear
hips and elbows, OFA cerf eyes and heart.
